The concern owes factories producing 18.9 l polycarbonate bottles with or without handle for bottling and transporting drinking water and suitable for multiple reuse. The concern also produces sealing caps with stick-on or weld labels and carry-handles for 18.9 l bottles without handle. The factories are based in Moscow and Novosibirsk.
For developing and producing 18.9 l polycarbonate bottles ?Givaja voda? the concern was awarded first prize medals and certificates in the ?The World of clean water - 2003?, ?Sweet drinks - 2003?, ?The living water of Russia - 2004? and ?The living water of Russia- 2006? international exhibitions. 2008, the production of the Concern was granted a ?European quality? title at the European Oxford Business Assembly.
The Bottles are produced of quality polycarbonate of different brands, using a unique injection-blow (stretching and blowing) technique. Highly productive automatic lines with the most modern Japanese equipment are used for the manufacturing process.
The raw material used meets international, European and Russian requirements and is certified for contact with nutrition products. Ecologically pure materials are responsible for great consumer and hygienic qualities of the bottles. The thermal and chemical resistance and mechanical durability of the material make the bottles suitable for multiple reuse.
It?s well-deserved that the18.9 l polycarbonate bottles produced by ?Givaja voda?, the concern, are acknowledged to be a product of the highest quality and are considered to have the best quality in whole of Europe today. Compared to bottles produced using the extraction technique, our product has following advantages:
- High precision in bottle-neck shaping, which guarantees solid sealing;

Seamless bottom and sides of the bottle (the usual split-spots;
- The stretch-and-blow technique guarantees perfect transparency of bottles and therefore great commodity appearance;
- Even distribution of material over the perimeter and height of the bottle guarantees its durability;

- The bottles have a high elasticity and take multiple throws against a concrete surface from 1,5m;
- Great durability characteristics let the bottles produced by ?Givaja voda? stay in multiple reuse much longer than those produced using the extract-and-blow technique;
- Minimal volume reduction of the bottles during the thermal wash process;
- ИPerfectly smooth interior surface of the bottle-neck excludes the appearance of microorganisms.
- The injection method doesn?t allow adding recycled materials in the manufacturing process. Using recycled materials even though allows to make the production process cheaper, inevitably leads to deterioration of quality characteristics (durability, transparency etc.) of the product;
-A moulded handle allows to properly wash the bottle since it doesn?t create space for potential development of microorganisms and doesn?t minimize the durability of the bottle and its exploitation period, as it happens when hollow handles are used.
The caps are produced using an automatic production line developed in Germany and Italy the newest techniques and German raw materials. The raw material used is ecologically pure and meets all requirements for coming in contact with nutrition products. The fully automatic cap-production line doesn?t imply handwork and is hygienically certified. The development and production of caps are protected with patents.
The Concern produces caps with either stick-on or weld-on labels or without labels. Weld-on labels are impossible to stick on to the bottle and are therefore more profitable to use. The label can be made with your own logo.
The company normally offers caps in blue, but caps of any colour can be produced on customer?s request.
